Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you", or "your") and MileKit Ltd. ("MileKit", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the MileKit platform, including all related services, APIs, and features (collectively, the "Service").

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

MileKit provides an appointment automation platform including automated SMS and email reminders, client review request automation, client recall scheduling, Google Calendar synchronisation, and analytics (the "Service"). The specific features available depend on your subscription plan.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised access or security breach at support@milekit.com.

You must be at least 18 years old to use MileKit. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

MileKit offers a 7-day free trial followed by paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Growth). Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All pricing is displayed in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment is processed by LemonSqueezy. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

Prices may change upon 30 days' written notice. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Your 7-day free trial gives you full access to MileKit features subject to the trial-tier usage limits. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, you will need to select a paid plan to continue using the Service. If you do not upgrade, the Service will be suspended — your data will not be deleted for 90 days.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until then.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If MileKit does not reduce your no-show rate within 30 days of your first paid subscription, contact us at support@milekit.com and we will issue a full refund of your first monthly payment, no questions asked. This guarantee applies to your first paid month only.

No refunds are issued for partial months or for subscription fees beyond the first month.

You agree not to use MileKit to:

• Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) to individuals who have not consented to receive them
• Violate any applicable law, including GDPR, CCPA, TCPA, or anti-spam regulations
• Transmit harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to contact minors without verified parental consent
• Impersonate another person or business

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions without refund.

When you use MileKit to manage your clients' data, you are the Data Controller and MileKit is the Data Processor under the GDPR. You are solely responsible for obtaining lawful consent from your clients to receive SMS and email communications, and for complying with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.

MileKit processes client data strictly in accordance with your instructions and our Privacy Policy. We will never sell or share your client data with third parties for marketing purposes.

MileKit and all associated software, designs, logos, and content are the property of MileKit Ltd. and are protected by intellectual property law. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes only.

You retain ownership of all client data you input into the platform. By using MileKit, you grant us a limited licence to process that data for the sole purpose of providing the Service.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that SMS/email messages will always be delivered successfully (as delivery depends on third-party carriers).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MileKit's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to MileKit in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event shall MileKit be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
